We are looking for a talented and passionate Senior Business Development Executive. This position is critical for the company’s growth. He/she should be working closely with both internal and external stakeholder so as to generate new demand for the company’s products.

 

Responsibilities

·            Develop and implement strategic plans and initiatives to optimize fulfillment operations and ensure the timely and accurate processing of orders.

·            Oversee all aspects of order fulfillment, including inbound, outbound, ICQA and operations management.

·            Lead and mentor a team of fulfillment managers and supervisors, providing guidance, support, and direction to ensure operational excellence and achieve performance targets.

·            Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to align fulfillment operations with business objectives and customer requirements.

·            Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions to drive performance and efficiency.

·            Implement best practices and industry standards to enhance safety, quality, and productivity in fulfillment operations.

·            Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including vendors, carriers, and logistics partners, to support fulfillment objectives and ensure seamless operations.

·            Drive continuous improvement initiatives, leveraging technology and innovation to optimize processes, reduce costs, and enhance the customer experience.

 

Requirements

·       Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or related field. Master's degree preferred.

·       +8 years of experience in operations management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within the logistics or e-commerce industry.

·       Proven track record of success in driving operational excellence, improving productivity, and achieving performance targets.

·       Strong leadership with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve results.

·       Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a strategic mindset and attention to detail.

·       In-depth knowledge of logistics and supply chain principles, practices, and technologies. Proficiency in data analysis and reporting, with the ability to leverage data-driven insights to inform decision-making.
