🎯At TikiNOW Smart Logistics (TNSL), everything we build serves one purpose: bringing more happiness and convenience to our customers. Expanding product access is a natural part of that mission — and delivering it efficiently is just as essential. We’re hiring a young-talent Data Analyst to join the SnOP team, working directly on turning warehouse and transport data into actionable insights that improve day-to-day operations and long-run planning.
🧠What You’ll Do?
Operation Planning:
Plan warehouse, transport, and distribution resources and related operating budgets.
Act as S&OP PIC: analyse commercial inputs and build demand plans across business units/channels, including scaling for events, promotions, brand days, mega campaigns.
Convert commercial targets into operational demand (items, parcels, workforce, capacity) to support accurate logistics planning and lead-time performance.
Provide clear inflow/outflow visibility so warehouse and transport teams can prepare the right capacity and daily operational plans.
Analyse demand and operational data to flag issues early, recommend fixes, and track performance KPIs.
Network Design & Improvement:
Collect and verify warehouse and transport resource data to support network modelling.
Support network design and improvement work by analysing cost–service trade-offs and impacts on current operations.
Drive transformation projects involving resource optimisation, routing improvements, process redesign, and make-or-buy (insource vs outsource) decisions.
Work with product/tech teams to turn operational requirements into system changes and project decisions.
Fundamental build-up:
Define and standardise KPI logic and measurement to create a single, consistent view of FFM and end-to-end logistics performance.
Propose quantifiable supply chain performance goals based on data, operational needs, and constraints.
Develop procedures and standards for evaluating performance across warehousing, transportation, and related activities.
Assess overall logistics efficiency using activity-based costing and other analytical methods to quantify improvement opportunities.
Performance management:
Track FFM and end-to-end logistics performance against targets; identify gaps early and ensure adherence to standards and processes.
Lead or facilitate root-cause analysis and corrective actions when performance issues arise.
Spend time on the floor to understand real operations, maintain relationships, and validate insights.
Build analyses and data models to identify cost and operational performance gaps, and translate them into improvement programs.
Work cross-functionally to understand business needs and deliver end-to-end analyses, from data gathering to scaled reporting and presentations.
