Manage the brand/supplier relationship by championing their needs at Tiki. Building long-term relationships and engaging brand participation in category’s campaigns & projects.
Be in charge of demand planning, inventory management, selection portfolio management and sell-in/sell-out planning to achieve the business objectives.
Be in charge of PnL OKRs such as COGS, rebate, front margin, and gross profit with the line manager’s direction.
Manage contracts to ensure agreements are fully committed by brand in terms of pricing, product quality, delivery & other services.
Effective communication and influence to external partners and internal members & stakeholders.
Analyze partners' business performance and provide consultants to grow their business with Tiki.
At least 2 - 3 years of work experience in e-commerce/ retail, experience in the Books & Offices Supplies industry would be a plus.
Proven analytical skills and demonstrated ability to manage the business “by the numbers”. Must be metrics-driven.
Good at decision-making, negotiating & communication skills, building good relationships with others.
Entrepreneurial drive and demonstrated ability to achieve stretch goals in an innovative and fast-paced environment.
