Senior Executive, Key Account Sales - Books

Job Description

  • Manage the brand/supplier relationship by championing their needs at Tiki. Building long-term relationships and engaging brand participation in category’s campaigns & projects. 

  • Be in charge of demand planning, inventory management,  selection portfolio management and sell-in/sell-out planning to achieve the business objectives.

  • Be in charge of PnL OKRs such as COGS, rebate, front margin, and gross profit with the line manager’s direction.

  • Manage contracts to ensure agreements are fully committed by brand in terms of pricing, product quality, delivery & other services.

  • Effective communication and influence to external partners and internal members &  stakeholders.

  • Analyze partners' business performance and provide consultants to grow their business with Tiki.

Requirements:

  • At least 2 - 3 years of work experience in e-commerce/ retail,  experience in the Books & Offices Supplies industry would be a plus.

  • Proven analytical skills and demonstrated ability to manage the business “by the numbers”.  Must be metrics-driven.

  • Good at decision-making, negotiating & communication skills, building good relationships with others.

  • Entrepreneurial drive and demonstrated ability to achieve stretch goals in an innovative and fast-paced environment.

  • Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills
