Executive, Key Account Sales - Phone

Responsibilities

  • Build strong communication channels at all levels of the seller’s organization, set proper expectations, provide clear status communications, and manage toward a growth plan.
  • Analyze and dive deep into partners/brand business performance and provide consultants to grow their business with Tiki.
  • Identify market share and manage pricing strategy, product assortment, stock availability 
  • Support team members and onsite marketing team to run campaigns : upload deals daily, change deals if it has bad performance, report the pageview, traffic, NMV, campaign efficiency,… 
  • Analyze P&L OKR performance such as COGS, rebate, front margin, and gross profit 
  • Monitor stock levels and make plans for buying within budget 
  • Ability to support and co-create social media content will be a plus 
  • Other projects under the line manager’s direction

Requirements

  • Graduates or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or related field required
  • 1 - 2 years of experience in sales or account management and experience in the Electronics industry, e-commerce & retail background would be a plus.
  • Digital knowledges
  • Good at communication in English
  • Good knowledge of MS Office
  • Have an understanding of the category and passion for e-Commerce desired
