To support Account Management executive to manage & develop vendor when negotiating in comply with company strategy and mutual agreement btw Tiki trading and vendors assigned, in terms of document and operational tasks.

Job Scope:

Key / Functional & Admin Activities

  • To recap, follow up when MD negotiate with vendor to optimize benefit for TIKI (selection, pricing, margin, logistic support, partnership coop funding, JBP, inventory, to execute Monthly, Quarterly, Yearly category wise plan from Category planning team and for any inputs from In stock Planning team
  • Composing and support manage contract to make sure contract are fully committed by brand in term of pricing, product quality, delivery, & other service
  • Support to manage & control selection from vendors assign including in/ out selection with inputs from Category In-stock planning team, Category Campaign planning team
  • Responsible for content of product detail page to optimize search from brand and monitor duplication
  • Fully engagement for any contract process to make sure contract are fully in place
  • Other tasks that assigned from line managers

Job Requirements:

  • University graduate with relevant bachelor degree preferably in Business, Marketing, Communication or the equivalent
  • Highly computer literate and detail focused
  • Excellent communication skills; pro-active and highly motivated
  • Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks, to prioritize them and meet deadlines
  • Excellent project and time management skills
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Be able to work under high pressure with multiple projects
