I. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Solve problems and commit lead-time with internal depts and partners
• Ensure lead-time solving problems in order to clearing backlog with internal departments and partners.
• Deep-dive analysis, maintain daily performance tracking reports, dashboards and manage compensation for key stakeholders to enhance the efficiency.
• Work with business team and other internal department for the inputs of solution design
• Supporting cross-organizational group needs and expectations (i.e. Warehouses, Market-Place, Tiki care, Third Party Vendors, Partners)
• Set up the performance measurement and tracker for the operation objectives
2. Improve System and Process
• Lead the building and development of new features, policies and processes. Develop the system requirements and work with Tech team to follow up the development timeline including short-term and long-term plan.
• Improve process for considering the Leadtime, Cost, Effective.
3. Reporting
• Create reports and presentation as requested

II. REQUIREMENTS

1. Educational background: University from relevant fields
2. Major in: Major in Business/Analysis/Supply Chain/ E-commerce
3. Experience: At least 1 years of relevant working experience in the same industry
4. Critical requirements:
• Good analytical, statistical and numeracy skills with detail oriented.
• Able to influence and obtain commitment from others and to build consistently productive relationship.
• Be result-driven, able to work under pressure and under tight timelines.
5. Others: Willing to work hard and put extra effort forth to meet deadlines and exceed client and management expectations.
6. Computer skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Excel

III. WORK LOCATION: Floor 3, Tower A, Viettel Complex Building, 285 Cach Mang Thang 8 Street, Ward 12, District 10, HCMC.
