1/ Facebook Group management:
- Create attractive content, activity to maintain engagement of community members.
- Approve, keep tracking, manage members, posts, comments, continuously report group status to management.
- Identify members' issues & create relevant business knowledge topics to adapt their concerns
- Monitor social noise & assist Seller Experience in handling issues arising from social media.
2/ Facebook Fan Page management:
- Create attractive content which is suitable for Official Seller Fanpage
- Support PR & Branding on ads setting-up for acquisition purpose.
- Graduated from University (Marketing or Business background is preferred) with at least 1 years working experience in social media or community management.
- Good at analysing / processing / reading data
- Familiarity with Social media platforms and management tools.
- Good at writing content adapting with social trends.
