Responsibilities

  • Be responsible for HR data management which including employee’s profile management and employee’s data in HRIS (hard and soft copy)
  • Implement all HR reports including Turnover Rate, Hiring, Headcount, cost, HR Dashboard Reports and other report as requirements;
  • Analyze manpower plan in accordance with requests from managerial levels & business requirements;
  • Estimate or report budget, compensation range follow HRBP’s requirements;
  • Instruct other member to input data and make reports;
  • Create flow chart, HR processes upon requests and other tasks up requests

Requirements

  • Minimum 1-2 years experience in HR data analyst with over 5000 HCs.
  • Extremely excellent Microsoft Excel.
  • Use to be use system is a plus and knowledge in Power BI is a plus
  • Time management skills and the ability to prioritize
  • Hard working, customer service mindset, resulted oriented and good communication skills
