We are looking for a young talent who is dedicated to assisting HR operations tasks and aims to be a future talent hunter for the Technology Industry. You‘ll have a chance to work in one of the biggest eCommerce companies in Vietnam and explore your own potential. 

You‘ll be reporting to the Senior Talent Acquisitions and be responsible for:

 * HR Admin & Project (70%)

  • Support in daily operational tasks of the HR team such as preparing to onboard for new Tikier, collecting employee data ...
  • Participate in organizing company events and careers days
  • Be the person in charge of some HR projects ( Buddy program for newcomers, orientation, conduct survey…) 
  • Prepare HR-related reports as needed
  • Other tasks assigned

 *  Recruiting Tasks (30%)

  • Source, screen resumes and application forms
  • Schedule and confirm interviews with candidates
  • Keep track of candidate experience by sending thank you letters and follow up on their feedback 
  • Post, update and remove job ads from job boards, careers pages and social networks
  • In charge of some internship/ massive positions
  • Other tasks assigned

A potential candidate should have

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business or related field required
  • Good English written and verbal communication skills
  • Detail-oriented and passionate to work quickly/efficiently to meet deadlines.
  • Experience as a similar junior HR role or working in a headhunting firm will be a big plus but not a must if you are willing to learn 
  • Experience with MS Office
  • Good understanding of full-cycle recruiting and shall be interested in technology
